Meet Chris and his wife Tiffany, the heart behind Santa Cruz Mushrooms! Chris' journey started with a passion for eating right and exploring the Santa Cruz Mountains in search of wild mushrooms. For Chris, mushroom hunting wasn’t just about foraging—it became a path to better health, leading to an incredible weight loss transformation, and a deeper connection with God and nature. 

Now, the couple (and their dog, Nico) are bringing that same passion to the community, growing fresh, local gourmet mushrooms and inspiring others to embrace healthy, sustainable eating. Follow along for more on the journey and the wonders of gourmet mushrooms! We put the FUN in FUNGI!

We grow fresh gourmet mushrooms onsite and deliver them to restaurants and farm stands. We are open to the public, so feel free to drop in. Our business hours are Tuesday through Friday from 9 to 4 and Saturday 12 to 3.
